What is your return policy?

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, anoush dsgn will gladly accept any product within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please send an email to hello@anoush-dsgn.com to arrange a refund. (Shipping fees are non-refundable).

Exchange:

If your purchase is defective or damaged, anoush dsgn will gladly assist you to exchange your item. Please send an email to hello@anoush-dsgn.com.

Shipping:

You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
